First of all, you need to get into the habit and mindset of forgiving. It’s impossible to feel positive about yourself if you’re forever hanging onto old resentments and things like that. They’re not going to help you to move forward and focus on your own wellbeing and self-worth. There really is no benefit to be found from carrying around grudges and resentments with you.
